James Manchett is the son of Alan Manchett, and has been part of the family business for a number of years.

With an experienced background in working at height, James launched the Manchett rope access division in the early years of business. As Managing Director, James contributes to all areas and divisions of the company.

Richard Love

Richard Love is Manchett's Group Finance Director and started with the company back in 2005, working his way up to his current role in 2014. Richard is responsible for the groups finances and accounts.

Rob has over 20 years of senior management experience working in large scale construction and engineering projects.

Rob has over 20 years of senior management experience working in large scale construction and engineering projects. During that time he specialised in data and electrical engineering. As Manchett’s Managing Director, he is responsible for monitoring the work undertaken on all projects and for ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the standard expected by our clients.

Dan Eede

Daniel joined Manchett group in May 2020. His main role was to improve and grow our rope access division and with Daniel having over 24 years of experience.

Daniel joined the Manchett group in May 2020. Main role was to improve and grow the rope access division.

With Daniel having over 24 years of experience in the rope access industry, Daniel brings a wealth of industry knowledge. He was worked in the following sectors, Petrochemical, building, design, and fabrication to name a few.

Daniel started his focus on compliance, this was to ensure that the process of running a successful division were in place. From procedures, policy and then implementing the process.

Since Daniel’s involvement with the group, the Manchett SMT have brought a business called SPA (Safe Permanent Access) known in the industry as Cradlecraft. Manchett bought the business back in 2022 and have since put the business under the Rope Access Division control, making Daniel the Managing Director.

Cradlecraft covers design, manufacturing, installation, servicing and testing of BMU’s (Building Maintenance Units) across the UK.

A senior health and safety professional with over 18 years’ experience within the construction industry where I was part of team delivering large hyperscale data centers in Northern Europe and Scandinavia for confidential clients.

I joined the Manchett Group as the head of health and safety 2 years ago where I am responsible for all aspects of health and safety within the group.
